Job Title: International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and address complex domestic and international tax issues.
- Provide technical tax advice and planning services for a portfolio of projects.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Be part of a dedicated client service team and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Continuously develop personal knowledge and maintain status as a trusted advisor by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and practices.
- Review staff work, assist with technical planning, and manage global projects.
- Maintain reputation as trusted advisors by taking on bold initiatives and owning new challenges in a highly regulated industry.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree with around three years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with two years of related work experience.
- Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-acquisition planning, and/or inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning, and compliance experience.
- Experience in managing budgets, projects, and people.

Additional Skills:
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $91,100 to $150,200.
- The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $109,400 to $170,600.
- Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
