Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of experience in health care law to join our Health Care Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-notch clients and make an impact in the ever-growing field of health care law.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on complex health care laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various health care topics.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in health care law with corporate and regulatory background.
- Working knowledge of most of the following health care laws and concepts: Anti-Kickback Statute; Stark Law; HIPAA/HITECH; EMTALA; HCQIA/peer review; Medicare and Medicaid regulations; state licensing laws for health care facilities and health care professionals; corporate practice of medicine.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills; ability to describe complex issues in simple and clear language.
- Some litigation experience a plus.
- Must value and demonstrate responsiveness and exceptional client service.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be admitted to practice in the state where the office is located.
- Must be able to travel to other offices and client sites as needed.
