Law Clerk Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research and drafting memos and briefs
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
- Meeting with clients and discussing legal matters
- Attending mediations and depositions
- Observing court proceedings and gaining hands-on experience in the courtroom
- Completing administrative tasks and organizing case files
- Participating in firm meetings and training sessions
- Assisting with other tasks as needed

Law Clerk Qualifications:

- Must be a current 1L or 2L student at an accredited law school
- Strong academic record and interest in pursuing a career in law
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
