Job Title: Marketing Events Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Events Specialist at the law firm will play a crucial role within the Marketing, Business Development, and Communications Team. The specialist will support logistics for business development, marketing, and client-deliverable initiatives nationwide. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the Marketing Technology team to optimize the use of various event software platforms, ensuring seamless integrations between tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Pardot, Zoom, Swoogo, SurveyMonkey, and CalendarAnything. This involves reviewing and recommending updates as necessary.
- Independently managing the development of Swoogo microsites for firmwide and select hosted events to capture critical and accurate data from attendees, ensuring a smooth planning and attendee experience.
- Maintaining the Salesforce database and event reports for business development and marketing purposes. This includes ensuring the accuracy of campaign members and data hygiene, inputting campaign details, tracking pending and approved campaigns, adding campaign members, finalizing attendee lists, and generating concise event and deliverable/benefits descriptions.
- Developing and maintaining detailed process documents for building microsites, developing client-deliverable programs, and conducting Salesforce training sessions.
- Coordinating logistics for events, which encompasses planning timelines, managing communications, handling RSVPs, and maintaining list management. The specialist will also manage on-site logistics for some client meetings, organizing staff, speakers, and materials, ensuring all agenda timelines are met, and assisting with AV setup and breakdown for major events.
- Working closely with business development, technology/branding/graphic services, senior leadership, accounting, office administration, and facilities teams to ensure internal and external client satisfaction.
- Leading client-deliverable virtual and hybrid events from inception to completion, developing nuanced and logic-based surveys, and setting up and monitoring Zoom and SurveyMonkey infrastructure. The specialist is expected to maintain best practices by client/program type and track time using timekeeping software.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Marketing Events Specialist position should possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in hospitality management, business management, marketing, technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in using Salesforce and event technology platforms is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a high energy level, and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills, a results-focused approach, and outstanding project management skills are essential. The position demands constant attention to precise details and adherence to specified standards.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an event or tech coordination role, with a demonstrated ability to multitask, work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, and prioritize competing needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary, including the ability to foster collaboration and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, is required.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do approach is essential.
- The position requires the ability to work in the office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and more as needed, with a willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- The candidate must be capable of completing all duties with superior quality and service focus through teamwork, dedication, and a results-oriented work ethic.

Salary Information:
The base annual pay range for the Marketing Events Specialist role is between $75,000 and $95,000. The offered base pay will vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and will also take into account internal equity. Additionally, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on the position will be offered.
