The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with additional benefits provided by the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their injuries and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases.
- Draft demand packages, negotiate and settle cases, and network with doctors.
- Review cases and make recommendations to clients, sit in on statements and EUOs, conduct legal research and writing.
- Collaborate with experts from various fields to assist with report drafting and deposition preparation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for new client calls.

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
- 1+ years of experience in pre-suit personal injury on the plaintiff side.
- Experience with drafting demand packages, signing up new clients, screening prospective clients, negotiating and settling cases, and reviewing files.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills.
- Strong work ethic.

Location:

- Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with additional benefits provided by the firm.
- Attorneys with a portable case load already in place will receive preferential consideration.
- Bar dues and CLEs provided by the law firm.
- Commission on cases brought into the firm for any area of law that we handle (minus PIP).
