Job Description:

- The associate will be joining our 3rd to 5th year associate class in the Litigation Department.
- The main focus of this position will be on securities litigation cases.
- The associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with trial preparation.
- The associate will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cases.

Qualifications:
