Job Title: Senior, Value Chain Alignment
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior, Value Chain Alignment role involves providing strategic tax services to multinational clients, helping them integrate operational and tax planning to make strategic decisions on an after-tax basis. Responsibilities include:
- Developing an understanding of client operations and building work plans and project plans.
- Conducting high-level benefit modeling.
- Creating tailored presentations for various stakeholders such as C-Suite, Tax Department, HR, and Systems/IT to convey information clearly and succinctly.
- Managing projects, including coordinating across multiple service lines such as VAT, Customs, and other company member firms.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably focused on international taxation.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring co-location in person 2–3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
- Required accreditations (obtained, in process, or willing to obtain) include Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA. If not CPA eligible, then one of the following: Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or foreign equivalents of CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Big 4, public accounting, or consulting.
Compensation Information:
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, the compensation range is estimated to be between $78,960 and $167,180. Compensation decisions take into account various factors, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, which depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

- The position is available in six locations: Chicago, Houston, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, and Tampa.
