Job Title: Intake Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Offer empathetic and attentive support to clients, addressing their challenges or informational needs.
- Guide clients through the services provided by the law firm with knowledge and understanding to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Utilize active listening and multi-tasking skills to effectively collect and document information from calls for case assessment.
- Maintain up-to-date case files and manage daily updates to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and care for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma required. A Two- or Four-Year Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in customer service, account management, or call center roles is required.
- Proficiency in computer tasks, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel, is necessary.
- Familiarity with call center CRM systems for documentation purposes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, are essential.
- A passion for helping others with a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues with kindness and respect, is crucial.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.

Schedule:
- Flexible schedules are available as the Intake Center operates 7 days a week.
- Weekday hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Weekend hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Both Part-Time and Full-Time shifts are available.
- 8-hour shifts or Part-Time shifts are available.
- Workdays include Monday to Friday, with additional Weekend Shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
- The role is based in an onsite professional office setting.
