As a technology specialist at Fish, you will draft patent applications, correspond with patent offices, advise patent litigation teams, and interview inventors about new ideas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, extensive experience in Machine Learning, and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. An advanced degree and registration with the . Patent & Trademark office are preferred.
Fish offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $185,000, depending on individual qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft patent applications for innovative clients.
- Correspond with patent offices about pending patent applications.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in Machine Learning, including neural networks and deep learning algorithms.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Registration with . Patent & Trademark office preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $185,000
