Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Leading efforts to develop new business opportunities.
- Making critical decisions to influence client outcomes.

- Providing mentorship to emerging leaders.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 years of experience.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Active Member of the Bar preferred.
- Preferred background in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Ability to research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Skill in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Expertise in developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in training and managing local staff.
- Proficiency in executing client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
