# Labor & Employment Attorneys Law firm is seeking attorneys with a minimum of three (3) years litigation experience handling Labor & Employment matters. This practice area has a 1,900 hour requirement and a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours. Partnership opportunities will be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience. ## Responsibilities - Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end - Communicate with clients and provide timely reporting - Appear at depositions and various court appearances - Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters ## Qualifications - Credentials from an ABA approved law school - Active license with the California State Bar - Excellent communication skills - Diversity, LGBTQ and Women's initiative groups ## Benefits & Salary Law firm offers a competitive benefits and salary package, including 401K w/ employer contribution. The salary range for qualified candidates with relevant experience is between $140,000 to $220,000 annually.
