Holland & Hart, a full-service law firm with over 500 lawyers in 13 offices, is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate to join our team. This is a firmwide position with opportunities to work in any of our locations.

Our Renewable Energy team works on cutting-edge projects in wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage across the country. Position requirements:

- At least three years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, or commercial contracts.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry and with power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, construction contracts, or similar agreements is preferred but not required.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation and Expectations:

At Holland & Hart, compensation is merit-based and evaluated on individual performance and achievements. The salary range for this position (if based in Colorado) is $200,000 - $255,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Associates are also eligible for bonuses and fee splits.

We expect associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
