Duties

  • Manage personal injury case files from inception to resolution

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and witnesses

  • Draft and file legal documents including motions, discovery responses, pleadings, and demand letters

  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Develop and implement litigation and negotiation strategies

  • Monitor financial aspects of each case and pursue cost-effective outcomes

  • Maintain accurate case records and updates in a paperless case management system

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to personal injury law

  • Arizona Bar admission required

  • Strong client communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to handle all aspects of case development and litigation

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and professionals
