Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with public adjusters, contractors, real estate professionals, and other industry stakeholders.
- Identify and connect with policyholders and businesses facing insurance challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to expand the law firm's referral network.
- Represent the law firm at industry conferences, networking events, and trade associations.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track and report on business development performance and referral outcomes.
Education and Experience Information:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the legal, insurance, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- An established network within the insurance claims, restoration, or real estate sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of first-party property insurance claims is a strong advantage.
Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $140, - $160, per year.
