Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate The candidate will be reviewing and negotiating title insurance commitments and coverages and reviewing and summarizing exceptions for potential problems. Reviewing and negotiating surveys. Ordering and reviewing UCC and tax lien search reports. Reviewing purchase/sale contracts. Preparing and maintaining closing checklists and timelines. Coordinating and organizing documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions. Preparing and negotiating escrow closing instructions, first draft documents and mortgage satisfactions. Reviewing of commercial leases, estoppel certificates and SNDAs. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal with concentration in title and survey review work.
