Martine Law is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing remote team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Process optimization: Assess current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service.
- Technology and automation: Work with legal tech solutions, CRM systems, and case management software to enhance productivity and workflow automation.
- Financial and performance metrics: Monitor financial performance, billing trends, case cycle times, and other key metrics to improve profitability and firm efficiency.
- Project management: Support operational initiatives, including process improvements, new system implementations, and strategic planning projects.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to legal industry regulations, data security standards, and internal firm policies.
- Collaboration and support: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to enhance operational strategies and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related role (experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with legal technology, CRM, and case management software is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
