Responsibilities:
As an employee benefits associate attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks related to executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and employee benefits for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. This includes providing legal advice and guidance, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 4-6 years of prior law firm experience, with a focus on employee benefits. Strong knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas is highly preferred. In addition, candidates must possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
