Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals
- Organize and maintain legal documents, files, and records
- Prepare legal correspondence and documents
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information in document management systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances for attorneys
- Assist in the preparation of legal forms, contracts, and agreements
Education and Experience Information:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading legal documents
- Familiarity with document management systems and contract administration
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
