Job Title: MOTIONS Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Review daily reports to ensure efficient and timely handling of files.
- Analyze information and documents to determine if a referral is warranted.
- Prepare legal documents such as Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments, and Reaffirmation Agreements.
- Provide support to paralegals, management, and attorneys as needed.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not required.
- Experience in bankruptcy or mortgage servicing is preferred but not required.
General Competencies:
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys.
- Ability to interpret client systems accurately.
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Information:
- Pay type is hourly.
