Job Title: Legal Secretary (Spanish Speaking)
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafts legal documents including discovery motions, summary judgment motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and letters.
- Investigates factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests or other information inquiries.
- Performs legal research and analysis, both manually and on computers; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data.
- Provides assistance with Spanish translation and dictation.
- Manages and organizes case files; maintains files systematically.
- Conducts factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues.
- Assists in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial. Prepares for and attends trials.
- Reviews and finalizes litigation budgets with outside counsel.
- Prepares jury instructions and trial binders; coordinates trial exhibits and monitors legal fees, budgets, and project status.
- Provides general logistical support and assists in the maintenance of legal files.
Education and Experience Information:
- Legal Secretary experience required: Minimum of 1 year.
- Personal injury law experience preferred: Minimum of 2 years.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be capable of typing at least 50 words per minute.
- The candidate must be organized and able to multitask effectively.
Salary Information:
- Pay is between - per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as needed.
Additional Information:
- The role is full-time and requires the ability to commute or relocate to Beverly Hills, CA 90212 before starting work.
- The work location is in person.
