Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Client Services Coordinator serves as a critical point of contact for clients and visitors in the Seattle office of the law firm. The role involves:

- Answering phones and directing incoming callers.
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing concierge services to both clients and firm members.
- Promoting and maintaining the firm's goodwill and reputation through professional conduct and confidentiality.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work area, with secure handling of sensitive materials and valuable items.
- Coordinating and reserving conference rooms, and maintaining updated Wi-Fi passwords.
- Preparing conference rooms for meetings, arranging lunches, and greeting clients.
- Scheduling visiting attorney offices and providing administrative services and resources.
- Managing parking validations for clients and visitors.
- Reconciling department credit card statements and processing payment requests for food orders.
- Inventorying and ordering kitchen supplies from vendors.
- Assisting with large mailings, preparing outgoing mail, and preparing FedEx labels.
- Coordinating file retrievals and deliveries.
- Performing other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- A is required.
- At least 1 year of administrative or related experience is necessary.
- The role requires effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of personnel, both external and internal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, being proactive, taking initiative, and adhering to deadlines and priorities is essential.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to focus on priorities and perform job duties under stressful circumstances while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- An understanding of the firm’s business and services is important.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- A working knowledge of the MS Office suite is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous related experience in a law firm or professional services organization is preferred.

Salary Information:
The pay range for this position in Seattle is to per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location and may fall outside of the range indicated.
