Job Title: Legal Business Associate Manager - Legal Entity Management

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Legal Entity Management at the company, the role is centered around enabling clients' annual governance processes with a strong focus on United States compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Structuring, running, and executing United States Legal Entity Management services.
- Developing leadership materials in Legal Entity Management and legal innovation.
- Monitoring the performance of Legal Entity Management engagement delivery teams.
- Advising on proposals and preparing for Board of Directors' and stockholders' meetings.
- Assisting with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities, including corporate compliance activities such as annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers, powers of attorney, and annual reports.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in legal/legal entity management, corporate legal secretarial experience, or alternative legal service industry experience.
- Experience with entity management lifecycle including annual compliance and event-driven activities.
- Knowledge and working experience with Legal Entity Management databases.
- Experience with legal technology and its application in the legal entity management space or contract lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other technology skills including Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, Tableau.
- Active accreditations required, which may include CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include being barred as an Attorney in a US jurisdiction, experience in legal entity management within the financial services industry, and certifications like Lean Six-Sigma or Project Management Professional.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $122,430 to $259,200, with compensation decisions based on specific case facts and circumstances. Additionally, there may be eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance.
