Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working directly with clients, initial drafts of pleadings and discovery responses, research as well as interacting with and filing legal documents with State and Federal courts. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, the Abacus calendaring system, Timeslips, and Westlaw is expected.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Must have Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required. Must have experience working as a business litigation paralegal. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Should have strong communications skills (verbal and written). Must have strong time-management and organizational skills. Must have strong analytical and writing skills. Strong Word and Excel skills required.
