Paralegal, Workers' Compensation The candidate should have 3 years experience as a worker's compensation litigation paralegal. Responsibilities include preparing routine or complex legal documents; reviewing, organizing, and summarizing reports and other case material; and, hearing and/or trial preparation. Must be teamwork oriented, able to follow client guidelines, communicate proficiently, and project a high level of professionalism at all times. Microsoft Office experience required; TABS and Worldox experience a plus.
