Job Responsibilities:

- Staying updated on changes in medical treatment protocols, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the Case Manager position, candidates should possess the following education and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm with personal injury experience or in an injury-related field, such as an emergency medical technician (EMT), nurse practitioner, or insurance adjuster.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices is essential for effective case management.
