Primary Responsibilities:
-Compiling, preparing, and summarizing materials for attorneys to use in discovery
-Indexing, tracking, and controlling case materials
-Working knowledge of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
-Reviewing documents for relevance and inclusion in case file
-Assisting with preparation of court filings
-Tracking and controlling document discovery
-Indexing, tracking, and controlling exhibits at depositions and trial
-Coordinating trial logistics and serving as liaison among departments and outside vendors
-Summarizing depositions and transcripts
-Working closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation
-Supporting attorneys during trial, including creating demonstratives and courtroom presentations

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other programs
-Working knowledge of document review and management platforms
-Proven ability to conduct independent research
-Compose and disseminate correspondence
Qualifications:
-BA or BS degree preferred
-Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with minimum 10 years of experience
-Ability to multitask and use analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Flexibility and ability to handle client and legal team requests
-High level of productivity
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
-Office setting using standard equipment
-Sedentary work with occasional walking and standing
-Visual acuity for data analysis and reading
