Responsibilities:
- Provide tax advice and prepare complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations using **Members Only** TurboTax products
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and timely tax advice to customers
- Interact with customers in a professional manner through video communication software
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Collaborate with team members and provide updates on assigned customers
- Adhere to **Members Only**’s operating values, including integrity without compromise
- Commit to a minimum schedule of 20 hours per week throughout the tax season
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients/customers per season for compensation
- Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation preferred
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
- Proficient with technology and computer operations
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and research skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
