Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital workplace solutions to enhance user experience and streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver effective endpoint solutions
- Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of endpoint systems
- Manage escalated technical issues and serve as point of escalation for complex technical issues
- Implement and maintain security protocols for digital workplace systems and data
- Develop, manage, measure, and report on key metrics and KPI's
- Stay up to date with latest trends and technologies in digital workplace and M365 developments
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance digital workplace experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with background in desktop and end user endpoint engineering or similar role
- Proficient in automated workstation build methodologies, software packaging, and deployment systems
- Experience with multi-OS platforms and automation and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Office M365, Intune, Autopilot, and other artificial intelligence tools
- Experience with Azure cloud platform
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft or M365 certifications
- Experience with Power Platform technology and Microsoft's Generative AI tools
- Experience with Co-Pilot and other innovative endpoint tools
Compensation:
- Salary range of $108,000 - $202,000, determined during interview process
- Varies based on factors such as experience and market
