Job Title: Consulting Senior Manager - Intangible Assets, Valuation

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute defensible valuation strategies for intangible assets such as data, brands, software, regulatory approvals, and proprietary know-how using established methodologies and innovative approaches.
- Advise executive stakeholders on how intangible asset valuations inform investment, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and corporate strategy.
- Lead client engagements to quantify, analyze, and unlock the financial and strategic value of intangible assets, applying established valuation methodologies like relief-from-royalty, excess earnings, and cost-based models.
- Direct client engagements requiring rigorous, well-documented valuations of intangible assets for various purposes including transactions, strategic planning, financial reporting, litigation, or internal decision-making.
- Leverage established valuation frameworks while innovating and adapting these frameworks for emerging asset classes and complex ownership structures.
- Collaborate with clients to apply valuation outputs to enhance monetization, mitigate risk, and support growth initiatives.
- Oversee and help grow multi-disciplinary teams of valuation analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Guide projects from initial scoping through to delivery, implementation, and impact tracking, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Foster internal collaboration across the global platform to access expertise, support complex mandates, and enhance the firm's reputation in intangible asset strategy and valuation.

Education and Experience Information:
- Degree in finance, economics, business, law, or intellectual property, with postgraduate qualifications or certifications such as CFA, ASA, or CEIV preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in applying established valuation techniques (income, market, and cost approaches) to intangible or IP-rich assets.
- Experience in strategy or management consulting with strong project management skills and executive client exposure.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and a critical approach to both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams in high-stakes engagements.
- Preferred experience includes IP litigation support, licensing, M&A advisory, litigation support, transfer pricing, or purchase price allocation.

Salary Information:
- The expected salary range for this role in New York is $153,660 - $280,000, with the actual salary offer varying based on employee qualifications.
- The firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program based on individual and firm performance metrics.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, enrollment in the firm's 401(k) plan, paid time off beginning at 160 hours annually, and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
- Annual discretionary bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation are offered in addition to the established salary range scale.

This position requires applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire, with no sponsorship for employment visa status available now or in the future.
