Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate important information to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Draft correspondence and legal documents using firm templates
- Assemble enclosures for legal filings
- Request, receive, and summarize necessary documents such as police reports, private investigation reports, and medical records
- Communicate with insurance representatives on behalf of clients
- Assist Attorneys with other client-related tasks and procedures
- Coordinate Pre-settlement Funding at the request of clients

Qualifications:

- College degree or a combination of education and office experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
