Duties
Provide legal advice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Collaborate with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants to achieve client objectives
Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments
Ensure compliance with real estate, title, and zoning laws and regulations
Manage and cultivate client relationships to promote trust and business development
Requirements
Five to ten years of experience in commercial real estate law
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, transactions, development, and financing
Familiarity with land use and zoning compliance
Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska
Strong focus on client service and responsiveness
Ability to produce high-quality, accurate legal work efficiently
Effective communication skills for complex legal concepts
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated initiative and responsibility in handling cases
Education
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active or eligible Nebraska State Bar membership
