Domestic Relations Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of divorce paralegal experience. Must be able to coordinate and take primary responsibility for preparing Rule 401 financial statements; preparing and responding to discovery requests, including Rule 410; preparing complaints for divorce, modification and contempt; scheduling matters with the court; basic drafting of motions; preparing subpoenas; and managing deadlines. Must be knowledgeable about the rules of Domestic Relations Procedure and familiar with the pleadings and Court rules. Should have experience working with clients in all aspects of divorce cases, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work with multiple attorneys and excellent time and workflow management skills. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Must be proficient in Excel.
