Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Product Liability and Mass Torts Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will be an integral member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers.

Duties:

• Participate in trial teams for complex product liability and mass tort cases.
• Manage and execute discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and experts to build cases.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide legal advice.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits.
• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery and trial preparation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Local Bar admission required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the local Bar in Georgia.
