Qualifications: Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience focused on employment law, including some or all of the following: (1) employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies; (2) advising employers on employment-related compliance matters; (3) drafting employment policies and employment-related agreements; (4) conducting investigations; and (5) delivering employment-related compliance training (e.g., anti-harassment training). Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires immediate partner and client contact. Able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail. Able to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
