Customer Service - Priority The candidate will be providing superior client support at all times, including answering routine questions or complaints while maintaining a courteous manner. Knowledgeably referring to a supervisor or the appropriate department if necessary. Becoming well versed in firm programs and services to proficiently explain them to clients. Maintain client information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Willingness to support clients with empathy and a commitment to firm’s values. Assist negotiators within the department to gather additional information from the client and/or law firm. Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Should have proficient PC skills for MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Some Paralegal background could is preferred.
