Maintain client information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Willingness to support clients with empathy and a commitment to firm’s values. Assist negotiators within the department to gather additional information from the client and/or law firm. Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Should have proficient PC skills for MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Some Paralegal background could is preferred.
