Probate/Trust/Estate Administration Paralegal. Small, friendly San Jose law firm seeking a full-time paralegal with at least 5+ years’ experience in probate, trust and estate administration. Candidate should be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and familiar with all aspects of probate and trust administration. Salary commensurate with experience. This is a small office, so duties will be varied, but include preparation, service and filing of court documents for probate proceedings; drafting correspondence; communication with clients; preparing real estate conveyance documents (deeds, PCORs, Prop 58 claims, etc.); and trust split and allocation of assets.
