Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an export attorney with primary experience in the export controls/economic sanctions sub-practice space and secondary experience working on import compliance/enforcement and/or trade remedy matters. The candidate should preferably have prior experience working with the EAR, ITAR, FTR, and OFAC regulations. This experience should include advising . and . companies on commodity jurisdiction, ECCN classification, prohibition, and sanction screening, licensing, PGA requirement, antiboycott, Schedule B classification, voluntary self-disclosure, investigation, audit, enforcement, CTPAT, compliance program development, and export-related M&A due diligence issues. Experience handling a variety of matters at any given time is necessary. Foreign language skills are a plus. Must be an active member, in good standing, of a State Bar Association.
