Phoenix - Bilinguel Real Estate Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for follows up on post closing items and ensures that all the appropriate documents were received. Composes and types routine correspondence. Transcribes dictation and maintains calendars for both attorneys. Will be able to handle day-to-day work challenges and adjust to multiple demands, priorities and rapid change.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 5 years of legal secretary experience preferably in Real Estate. Must be able to type 65 wpm and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Should be proficient in reading and writing Spanish. Proven advanced knowledge of Windows XP and Office 2003 to include Word, and Outlook is required.
