Composes and types routine correspondence. Transcribes dictation and maintains calendars for both attorneys. Will be able to handle day-to-day work challenges and adjust to multiple demands, priorities and rapid change.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 5 years of legal secretary experience preferably in Real Estate. Must be able to type 65 wpm and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Should be proficient in reading and writing Spanish. Proven advanced knowledge of Windows XP and Office 2003 to include Word, and Outlook is required.
