ProfilePart-time Legal Assistant / File Clerk The candidate duties include: Answering phones in professional manner; Case File Management and Updating; Copying; Administrative filing; Assisting paralegals with preparing documents for mailing; Errands; Keeping office clean and organized; Maintaining and ordering office supplies; Confirming client appointments; Preparing for client meetings and depositions including organization of conference room and refreshments; Social Media/Website/Marketing assistance. Prior legal filing experience preferred. Bachelor or Associate’s degree preferred. Must be proficient in Wordperfect, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Knowledgeable in social media for marketing tasks.
