Bi-lingual (Mandarin) Social Media Coordinator Duties: Telephone answering and basic office duties. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to include creating and drafting correspondence. Working with staff to manage client cases, preparing correspondence, and maintaining communication with clients and other parties involved in client matters.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Paralegal experience a plus. Qualified Bilingual English/Chinese a must. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or iMovie a plus. Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to prioritize and manage one’s own work time, including the ability to self-start, ask questions, take direction, and efficiently and accurately multi-task assignments. Positive, energetic, and ambitious. Willing to learn new concepts. Customer-service driven. Capable of seeking common-sense solutions to problem resolution. Experienced and comfortable with fast-paced, multi-line phone systems. Proficient with MAC, Excel, Wechat, and typing skills. Strong command of the English language. Great “people skills” and communicate well with others. Must have reliable transportation to consistently ensure prompt arrival at work. Knowledge of international relations and education industry is a plus. A high level of Chinese writing and communication skill. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
