Law Firm Seeks Business Immigration Associate (Japanese Speaking) for New York Office Fragomen, a leading law firm specializing in immigration, is seeking a Business Immigration Associate fluent in Japanese with 2+ years of experience to join their team in New York. This is a full-time position, and remote candidates will also be considered. Responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing and managing a team, researching complex immigration issues, and independently executing case preparation and filing. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in marketing and business development opportunities. To excel in this role, the candidate must have a . JD or LLM, be a member of a . state bar or Washington DC bar association, and have exceptional knowledge of immigration law. Fluency in Japanese and English, both spoken and written, is required. Prior team management experience is preferred, and strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must.
