This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the area of wireless communications and a familiarity with 4G/5G standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the area of wireless communications
- Writing technical documents describing wireless communication systems and/or standards
- Communicating effectively with clients and inventors
- Producing writing samples of published applications or technical documents directed to wireless communications
- Thriving in a creative, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment

Requirements:

- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Significant experience preparing patent applications or technical documents concerning wireless communications
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and inventors
- Familiarity with 4G/5G standards

Compensation:
- Target annual pay range of $110,000-130,000 for full-time position in San Diego
- Actual pay may vary depending on relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors
- Additional components of our total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs

Qualifications:
