Paralegal Duties: Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents. Communications with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and experts. Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other discovery materials. Trial preparation, including electronic presentations and assisting with depositions. Assist attorneys at trial with electronic presentations, coordinating witnesses and managing trial exhibits. Manage electronic databases. Assist with document productions. Internet research. Electronic filings. Performs other related duties as required by management. Requirements: Paralegal certificate and/or college degree. 2 years of Litigation Experience (Personal injury, Family Law). Large case management and trial experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests. Must be a team player, willing to help other team members during peak times. Strong attention to detail, very organized and motivated. Superior computer skills, using Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Needle Case Management & PCLaw software helpful.
