Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties: Provide administrative support to department manager. Assist with general departmental administrative functions. Review paperwork for accuracy per department guidelines. Fax, Copy, and prepare handouts. Handle incoming calls and make outgoing phone calls as needed. Update department spreadsheets as needed.

Requirements: Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines. Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel. Superior customer service in-person and on the phone. Ability to exercise independent judgment and represent company and department in a professional manner. Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and handle constantly changing priorities. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
