The candidate should be experienced in preparing and prosecuting optics and electrical engineering-related applications. Aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. Must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. California or Washington Bar members are preferred. Ph.D or Master’s degree in physics or electrical engineering, as well as candidates with experience in optics, sensors, image processing, and machine learning are preferred.
