Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have: Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate. 2 years of experience in litigation is preferred. Understands legal concepts and terminology related to intellectual property litigation. Expertise in current versions of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document management systems. Facility and experience working with Microsoft Excel. E-discovery experience with litigation support software (e.g., Concordance, Relativity) and aptitude for training on new systems. Quick comprehension and execution skills, and ability to deliver quality work on time and under pressure. Excellent editing skills, attention to detail, conscientiousness, versatility, professionalism, reliability, and an ability to work well on a team and with personnel at all levels. Strong organizational and communications skills (verbal and written). Flexibility to work overtime if needed. Working knowledge and experience with Lexis Nexis or Westlaw. Ability to work independently, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and maintains patience in high pressure situations. Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity. Schedule: 25-30 hr/wk
