Legal Administrative Assistant - Probate and Estate Planning The candidate will be coordinating administrative and legal practice tasks and projects for attorneys (i.e. calendaring meetings, conference calls, new client intake, opening new client matters, billing activities, and client interaction. Will be preparing, editing, proofreading, and assembling legal documents and correspondence, which may require use of digital dictation/transcription. Preparing and filing court documents including electronically, through Electronic Case Files (ECF). Must have 2+ years of legal administrative assistant experience. Knowledge of court and agency processes and procedures essential. Litigation experience helpful. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) essential. Excellent grammar and communication skills needed.
