ProfileLitigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, facilitating discovery, corresponding with clients and opposing law firms, conducting legal research, managing court docket calendar, retrieving and assembling medical records, maintaining contact with insurance companies, and trial preparation. The position will also include some administrative tasks such as scheduling, greeting clients, answering phones, and light general office management. Must have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is preferred.
