Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate should have 3 - 7 years’ experience. Must have strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, superior writing skills, deposition, and courtroom experience. Litigation experience in complex business, real estate, land use, and eminent domain matters is strongly preferred. Must have experience propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding to motions. Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required. Must be able to work well under strict deadlines and multitask effectively. Must be reliable and able to work on cases independently under the supervision of firm partners.
