Director Employee Labor Relations The candidate will be responsible for developing, recommending and implementing personnel relations policies and practices. Assists in the negotiation of various company labor agreements and administers negotiated agreements. Develops, recommends and implements strategies for labor contract negotiations. Develops and implements appropriate corrective actions necessary to limit potential sources of employee conflicts and grievances and improve employee climate. Develops Hospital-wide policies and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with collective agreements and relevant labor legislation.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Labor or Industrial relations. Juris Doctorate is preferred. Personnel Administration, Business or other related discipline is required. Knowledge of current developments in labor law, arbitration decisions, contract administration, and collective bargaining negotiations is required.
